DARE Officer Training

In an effort to provide the best training opportunities at the lowest possible cost. DARE Wisconsin LTD and the Wisconsin DARE Officers Association have joined with neighboring states to share resources to provide a number of  DARE Officer Training dates throughout the year.

The training consists of 80 hours of classroom instruction and uses the latest adult training techniques to prepare the officer to go into elementary and middle school classrooms to teach the DARE Curriculum. In order to attend the DARE Officer Training (DOT), you must be a sworn Police Officer with at least two years of experience.
